Method

  1. Step 1. Mash the banana thoroughly in a bowl and stir in the peanut butter and cinnamon.
  2. Step 2. Work in the oats and the raisins or dates until the mixture holds together. Add a few more oats if it is sticky.
  3. Step 3. Roll into 12 balls and coat them in the extra oats.
  4. Step 4. Chill for 30 minutes before eating.
