Method

  1. Step 1. Brew the rooibos, then cool it completely — in the fridge is best.
  2. Step 2. Wash the fresh fruit before peeling and chopping it.
  3. Step 3. Blend the rooibos, maas, banana, mango and flaxseed until smooth.
  4. Step 4. Taste and add the honey only if needed. Serve straight away in a chilled glass.
