Method

  1. Step 1. Brew the rooibos and let it cool completely.
  2. Step 2. Stir the oats, rooibos, milk, yoghurt and cinnamon together in two jars.
  3. Step 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Step 4. In the morning, top with the diced pear and sunflower seeds.
