Add-ons
Add-ons are treatments or tests offered in addition to core IVF, usually at extra cost — examples include time-lapse imaging, assisted hatching, endometrial scratch, immune therapies and some genetic tests. Few have strong evidence of improving live birth rates. Reasonable questions are: what is the evidence, what would it change for me, what does it cost, and what happens if I decline?
