Immune therapy add-ons

Immune treatments such as corticosteroids, intralipid infusions and intravenous immunoglobulin are sometimes offered after repeated implantation failure or miscarriage. Evidence of benefit is weak, they carry real side effects and cost, and they are distinct from proven treatment of confirmed antiphospholipid syndrome. Ask for the evidence in your specific situation.
