Australian pregnancy guidance suggests limiting caffeine to around 200 mg a day, roughly two espresso-based coffees, and remembering that tea, cola, energy drinks and chocolate contribute too. Evidence linking moderate caffeine to reduced fertility is weak, so there is no need to quit entirely unless advised.
