Clinics and care
Consent forms set out what may be done with your eggs, sperm and embryos, for how long, and what happens if you separate, become unwell or die. They can usually be varied or withdrawn while material remains stored. Read them carefully rather than signing at the desk, and ask for a copy to keep.
