Costs and funding
Medicare rebates apply to many fertility services when they are clinically indicated, referred and meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant item number. Clinics set their own fees, so the rebate is a contribution, not the full cost. Item numbers and amounts change over time, so ask for a current itemised estimate.
