Complications
OHSS ranges from mild bloating to a rare severe form requiring hospital care. Careful monitoring, modern protocols and freezing all embryos when the response is high reduce the risk. Contact your clinic urgently with rapid abdominal swelling, severe pain, breathlessness or greatly reduced urine output.
