Male fertility
Oligozoospermia means sperm concentration below the WHO reference range, described as mild, moderate or severe. Causes include varicocele, hormonal problems, genetic factors, infection, heat, some medicines and anabolic steroid use. Depending on severity, treatment may be timed intercourse, IUI, IVF or ICSI.
