Poor ovarian response usually means three or fewer eggs collected after conventional stimulation, often with low AMH or antral follicle count. It reflects the number of eggs available rather than a failure of treatment. Options include adjusted protocols, higher doses, cycle banking, and — depending on age and expectations — considering donor eggs.
