Testing
Ovarian reserve describes quantity, not quality. It is estimated with AMH and antral follicle count, both of which help predict the response to IVF stimulation. A low result at a young age does not mean natural pregnancy is impossible; a reassuring result at an older age does not undo age-related changes in egg quality.
