Azoospermia

Azoospermia is confirmed on two centrifuged samples and then classified as obstructive, where production is normal but the passage is blocked, or non-obstructive, where production itself is impaired. Hormone tests, genetic tests and examination make the distinction. Many men with azoospermia can still have biological children through surgical sperm retrieval with ICSI.
