Donor reimbursement

The Reimbursement Related to Assisted Human Reproduction Regulations set out which categories of expenditure may be reimbursed to donors and surrogates, and require receipts. Paying a fee, or offering payment, is a federal offence. Keep clear records, and take legal advice before agreeing any arrangement.
