Add-ons include endometrial scratch, time-lapse imaging, assisted hatching, immune therapies, PRP and various supplements. Few have good evidence of improving live birth rates, and some carry cost or risk without benefit. Ask what the evidence is, what it costs, and what happens if you decline. Declining should never affect the rest of your care.
