Tests & investigations
An endometrial biopsy is used mainly to look for chronic endometritis or abnormal cells, not to time transfers routinely. It causes brief cramping and can be done in clinic. Receptivity-array style testing on such samples remains unproven for improving live birth and is not routine in Canada.
