In Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome the ovaries work normally and produce eggs, so genetic parenthood is possible through IVF with a gestational carrier where surrogacy arrangements comply with Canadian law. Kidney and skeletal differences sometimes coexist.
