PGT-A screens each biopsied embryo for aneuploidy. It can reduce the number of transfers that fail and shorten time to pregnancy for some patients, but it does not create more normal embryos and evidence of improved live birth per egg retrieval is mixed, especially at younger ages. Discuss what a mosaic or no-result report would mean for you before starting.
