Poor ovarian response

Poor response is usually defined as three or fewer eggs after conventional stimulation, often with low AMH or a low antral follicle count. Changing protocol may help modestly, but the strongest determinants remain age and reserve. Options discussed include repeated collections to bank embryos, and donor eggs.
