Thin endometrium

A lining under about 7 mm is associated with lower implantation rates, though pregnancies do occur with thinner linings. Causes include scarring, chronic inflammation, poor blood flow and previous surgery. Approaches include longer oestrogen exposure, a different route of oestrogen, a natural-cycle transfer or investigating for adhesions.
