Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How to cancel your membership, when access ends, and your statutory rights.

How to cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time from Manage Membership in your account. Choose "Cancel membership" and confirm — this stops your next renewal. If you'd rather we did it for you, contact us via our contact page.

When access ends

Cancelling stops your next renewal, but you keep full access to your membership benefits — including the Hope Garden and Learning Centre — until the end of your current billing period. Your account will show the date your access ends.

Renewal terms

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until cancelled. You'll be charged using the payment method on file unless you cancel beforehand.

Your statutory 14-day cancellation right

As a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel a new membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to begin providing membership benefits straight away and then cancel within this period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the benefits you've already used (for example, any Seeds already planted into a Hope Garden, as explained below).

Refunds on annual plans

If you cancel an annual membership outside the 14-day cancellation period, your membership will remain active until the end of the annual term you've already paid for, and we do not provide a partial refund for the remaining months. You will not be charged again once cancelled.

Seeds already planted

Seeds that have already been planted into a monthly Hope Garden are entries into that month's selection process, as described in our Hope Garden Rules. We are unable to refund or reverse Seeds that have already been planted.
