Hope Garden
Hope Garden Rules.
The rules that govern Seeds, eligibility and each month's Hope Garden selection.
1. What the Hope Garden is
The Hope Garden is a membership benefit of Antega. Members plant Seeds, included with membership and earned through engagement, into that month's Hope Garden. It is not a lottery you can enter without membership, and it is not a guarantee of fertility funding or treatment.
2. Seeds
Seeds are included with your membership each month and can be earned further through engagement, learning activities and membership benefits.
One planted Seed equals one entry into that month's Hope Garden.
Members may plant up to 1,000 Seeds into any single monthly Hope Garden, and choose how many of their available Seeds to plant. Unplanted Seeds remain safely stored within your account until you choose to use them.
3. Unique reference numbers
Every planted Seed receives its own permanent unique reference number, which is never duplicated or reused. If a Seed rolls into a future month, it keeps the same reference number, so every entry is fully traceable.
4. Eligibility
Members become eligible after maintaining an active Antega membership for one full calendar month. Any Seeds planted before eligibility are not lost — they automatically roll into the following month's Hope Garden.
5. Entries and timing
Entries close at 11:59pm on the final day of each calendar month.
6. How a Seed is selected
Once entries close, one eligible Seed reference number is selected using the TPAL Electronic Random Draw System, so that every eligible entry has an equal opportunity of being selected. No one at Antega chooses the outcome.
7. Rolling forward
If Antega is unable to provide fertility funding during a particular month, all eligible planted Seeds automatically roll forward into the next monthly Hope Garden, keeping their original reference numbers. Members never lose eligible planted Seeds simply because funding could not be awarded during a particular month.
8. Fertility funding
Antega aims to provide fertility funding every month, subject to the company's financial position and the funds available at the time. Any funded treatment remains subject to confirmation by the treating fertility clinic that treatment is clinically appropriate.
9. What happens if you cancel
Seeds are a membership benefit. If you cancel your membership, access to the Hope Garden and any unused Seeds end when your membership ends. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.
10. Fairness and transparency
A full, plain-English explanation of how Seeds, reference numbers and the monthly selection process work — including the completed monthly archive — is published on our Transparency & Fairness page. If anything here is unclear, we would rather explain it twice than leave you unsure — please contact us.
