Antega

Legal

Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using Antega or taking out a membership.

1. Who we are

Antega provides a fertility education, planning and membership community, including the Hope Garden monthly Seed selection described on our Transparency & Fairness page. These terms apply whenever you use the Antega website or hold an Antega membership.

2. Membership

Membership gives you access to the benefits described on our membership page, including learning content, community support and Seeds towards the monthly Hope Garden. Membership renews automatically on the cadence you chose (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your account. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for full details.

3. The Hope Garden

Participation in the Hope Garden is a membership benefit, not a guarantee of fertility funding or treatment. Eligibility, entries and the monthly selection process are explained in full on our Hope Garden Rules page and our Transparency & Fairness page.

4. Educational content, not medical advice

Information provided through Antega — including guides, checklists, webinars and community content — is educational and general in nature. It is not personalised medical advice and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional or fertility specialist. Always seek advice from your GP, fertility clinic or consultant before making decisions about your treatment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Antega honestly, lawfully and respectfully, and not to attempt to circumvent membership eligibility rules, disrupt the service, or misuse another member's account.

6. Liability

We provide Antega with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, or any particular fertility, medical or financial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Antega is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or membership. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services or the law. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let members know. The current version will always be available on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
