Chronic medicine benefit

Chronic benefits pay for medicines for registered long-term conditions, such as thyroid disease or diabetes, usually through a designated pharmacy and a scheme formulary. Fertility medicines are generally not treated as chronic medicines, but related conditions that affect fertility often are — worth registering so those costs do not come from savings.
