Timed intercourse

Timed intercourse means having sex during the fertile days, either by tracking your own cycle or with clinic monitoring in a medicated cycle. It is the simplest approach and is often tried first where tubes are open and semen analysis is normal. Rigid scheduling can strain a relationship, so many clinics suggest sex every one to two days across the window instead of aiming at a single day.
