Male fertility
Anabolic steroids and prescribed testosterone shut down the pituitary signals that drive sperm production, and can cause azoospermia. Recovery after stopping often takes many months and is not guaranteed. If you are using these, tell your fertility team — it changes the diagnosis and the plan, and no judgement is warranted.
