Costs and funding
When a provider bulk bills, they accept the Medicare rebate as full payment and you pay nothing for that service. Some fertility providers bulk bill consultations or entire treatment cycles; others charge above the schedule fee, leaving a gap. Bulk billing one part of care does not mean the whole cycle is free.
