Treatment
Lining thickness is measured on ultrasound and most clinics look for around 7 mm or more with a triple-line appearance before transfer. It is a guide, not a guarantee — pregnancies occur with thinner linings, and thick linings do not assure success. Persistently thin linings are investigated for scarring or blood flow issues.
