Treatment
The endometrium is thought to be receptive for a limited window after ovulation or after progesterone starts in a frozen transfer cycle. Clinics time transfers to that window. Tests that claim to personalise the window are considered add-ons in Australia, with limited evidence that they improve the chance of a baby.
