Treatment
Stimulation uses daily gonadotrophin injections over roughly 8 to 14 days so that multiple follicles develop instead of one. Doses are individualised using AMH, antral follicle count, age and any previous response, and are adjusted according to scans and blood tests. The aim is a good number of mature eggs while keeping OHSS risk low.
