Ovulation tracking

Working out the fertile window using tests, apps or clinic monitoring.

Cycles and ovulation

Ovulation can be tracked with urine LH tests, cycle apps, cervical mucus changes or clinic scans and blood tests. Timed intercourse or insemination is planned around the fertile days before ovulation. Apps predict from past cycles rather than measure ovulation, so they are least reliable when cycles are irregular.

Also known as: ovulation testing, LH kits, fertile window tracking, cycle tracking
