Donor conception
Also called partner-assisted reproduction or ROPA, reciprocal IVF lets both partners in a female same-sex couple take a physical role: one has egg collection, the other has the embryo transferred. Donor sperm is used, and counselling plus clear legal parentage advice is part of the process.
