Male fertility
Retrograde ejaculation causes little or no semen at orgasm and cloudy urine afterwards. It follows some prostate surgery, diabetes-related nerve damage or certain medicines. Sperm can often be recovered from urine after alkalinising it, and used for IUI or IVF.
