Fertility preservation
Sperm freezing is quick, inexpensive relative to other options and highly effective. It is recommended before cancer treatment, before gender-affirming hormone therapy, before vasectomy where there is any doubt, and where a partner will be away at a critical time. Several samples are usually banked where time allows.
