Folic acid and iodine are the two supplements recommended for everyone planning pregnancy in Australia, with vitamin D, iron or B12 added where a deficiency is found. Many fertility supplements sold online have little evidence behind them and can be expensive. Check with a GP or pharmacist before adding products, especially high-dose ones.
