Antioxidants such as coenzyme Q10, zinc, selenium and vitamins C and E are widely sold for male fertility. Evidence for improved live birth rates is weak and inconsistent, and very high doses of some nutrients can be harmful. Stopping smoking, moderating alcohol, managing weight and treating an underlying cause matter more.
