Alcohol and caffeine

No known safe level of alcohol in pregnancy; caffeine is usually limited.

Pregnancy after treatment

Canadian guidance advises that no amount of alcohol is known to be safe in pregnancy, and heavy drinking is associated with reduced fertility in all genders. Moderate caffeine restriction is generally advised in pregnancy.
