Exercise during treatment

Moderate activity is encouraged; high-impact exercise is limited around retrieval.

Pregnancy after treatment

Regular moderate activity supports general and metabolic health. During stimulation the ovaries enlarge, so clinics advise against high-impact activity, heavy lifting and twisting because of torsion risk, usually until after retrieval or an early scan.

Also known as: working out during IVF, gym during treatment
