Freeze-all cycle

Freezing every suitable embryo instead of transferring in the fresh cycle.

IVF & IUI

A freeze-all approach is used when OHSS risk is high, when progesterone rises early during stimulation, when genetic testing is planned, or when the lining is not suitable. Transfer then happens in a later, calmer cycle.

Also known as: elective freeze, freeze all embryos
