IVF & IUI
IUI is used for unexplained infertility, mild male factor, ovulation problems, sexual difficulties and for people using donor sperm. It requires at least one open fallopian tube. It is less invasive and less expensive than IVF, with a lower chance per cycle. Adding ovulation induction increases success but also the risk of twins, so monitoring matters.
