Support after pregnancy loss in India can include follow-up care from your gynaecologist or fertility clinic to check physical recovery and discuss what, if anything, was found about the cause; counselling, which many fertility clinics and some hospitals offer directly or can refer you to; and peer support through patient groups and online communities where others have had similar experiences. It is reasonable to ask your clinic what support they offer, including whether counsellors familiar with fertility-related loss are available, and to ask for time before deciding on next steps such as another IVF cycle. There is no single right way to grieve or to decide when, or whether, to try again, and support is available for as long as it is needed, not just in the days immediately after a loss.
