Treatment add-on

Add-ons are optional extras such as assisted hatching, embryo glue, endometrial scratch, time-lapse imaging or immune therapies. Evidence that they improve live birth rates for most patients is limited or absent for many of them. Ask what the evidence is for your specific situation, what it costs, and what happens if you decline — declining should never affect the rest of your care.
