Cycle cancellation

A cycle may be cancelled if too few follicles develop, if the response is so high that continuing would be unsafe, if ovulation happens early, if the lining does not prepare adequately or if illness intervenes. It is deeply disappointing but is a safety and effectiveness decision. Ask your clinic what will be changed next time and how the cancellation affects fees already paid.
