Endometrial receptivity

Endometrial receptivity describes whether the lining is in the right biological state for an embryo to implant, which depends on hormone exposure and timing rather than thickness alone. Tests claiming to personalise the transfer day exist, but the evidence that they improve live birth rates for most patients is limited.
