IVF & IUI
In a freeze-all cycle no fresh transfer takes place: all suitable embryos are vitrified and transferred in a later, unstimulated or prepared cycle. Clinics recommend it when OHSS risk is high, when progesterone rises too early during stimulation, when genetic testing is planned, or when the lining is not ready. It adds a freezing and later transfer fee but can improve safety.
