FSH injections supply follicle-stimulating hormone so several follicles develop together. They are given subcutaneously, usually into the abdomen or thigh, once a day for around eight to fourteen days. Devices vary — some are pre-filled pens with dial-up dosing, others require mixing powder with solvent — and storage requirements differ by product. Follow the leaflet for your specific product and your clinic's instructions.
