Load shedding

Load shedding is scheduled rotational electricity interruption. For fertility treatment it matters mainly for keeping refrigerated medicines cold, charging phones for injection reminders, and reaching appointments when traffic lights and pumps are affected. Check your area's schedule at the start of a cycle and plan storage, travel and timed injections around it.
