Pregnancy after treatment
Miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy in the earlier weeks, most commonly in the first trimester and most often caused by a chromosomal problem in the embryo rather than by anything the parent did. Management may be expectant, with medicines, or with a surgical procedure, and the choice depends on the situation and your preference. Emotional support matters as much as the medical care.
