A natural-cycle frozen transfer follows your own cycle: scans and blood tests track the follicle and ovulation, and the embryo is transferred at the matching point afterwards. It suits people with regular, predictable cycles and uses fewer medicines, but it needs accurate monitoring and the date is less flexible.
