Oligo-ovulation

Oligo-ovulation means eggs are released, but infrequently or irregularly, so there are fewer chances to conceive each year and the fertile window is hard to predict. It is common in PCOS and around perimenopause. Cycle tracking, hormone testing and sometimes ovulation induction are used to manage it.
